June 30^th (Sun) 7:00 am Devotions, Breakfast and fellowship at Hotel Restaurant.

8:30 am Depart for Church Services. The pastors in our group will be preaching

at different local churches, members of the team are free to go with

them. The church will provide lunch and return you to the Hotel.

Dress: church clothes. NO SHORTS.

5:30 pm Our whole team will attend the special service at Road to Damascus

church. Fellowship follows... return to Hotel. Dress: church clothes.

July 1^st (Mon) 9:00am Yellow Missions T-Shirt

Devotions, Breakfast on your own at Hotel Restaurant. Team meeting

afterward. Checkout of Hotel before noon. Tour and lunch, shopping if

needed. All luggage be stored in one location at lobby until we are ready to

5:10 pm Depart for American Samoa. HA465.

9:30 pm Arriving at 9:35 pm. Welcome and fellowship at Mission House with

Task force leaders, wives and families. Team meeting, sort out

medicine, etc for next day missions.

July 2^nd(Tues) 6:00 am The Manu'a mission team meets at the airport with 1 luggage and carry

on bag, back bag, purse or brief case. (travel light) .

7:00 am Team One departs for Manu'a. (30 min flight).. Check in at Hotel,

meet with village and church leaders, set up for medical mission.

8:00 am Team Two devotions.(Steve), Breakfast and move on to the

medical mission site. Lunch will be served on site, return to lodging,

prepare for evening ministries. (All information and direction from

Rev. Steve Cromer)

7:00 pm Evening ministries as per local task force leaders. (at both islands)

Dinner and fellowship follows. Have a good nights rest.

July 3^rd (Wed) 7:00 am Devotions, breakfast, fellowship etc. (both teams) One of you will

be asked to lead devotions, team meeting follows, etc

8:00 am Depart for mission site, start medical mission when the leaders

are ready. Lunch will be served on site or as directed by local leaders.

7:00 pm Evening ministries as per local task force leaders. Dinner and

fellowship follows. Have a good nights rest. Sweet dreams.

July 4^th(Thur) 7:00 am Orange Missions T-Shirt

Team One in Manu'a have devotions, team meeting and breakfast.

Check out of hotel and get ready for the flight back to American

Samoa.

8:00 am Team Two in AS: devotions, team meeting and breakfast, etc.

prepare for the trip to Western Samoa. Get all luggage ready and

clear out of your lodgings. Say Thank you to your hosts.

Note: Team One should be arriving from Manu'a before noon; meet up with Team Two

and everybody else at the Mission House for meetings, fellowship, reflections and

prayer. We will all depart for the airport together and fly to Western Samoa early

afternoon.

Depart for Western Samoa. (30 min flight) Check in at the Insel motel.

Welcome fellowship by Pastor Nu'u and local task force and wives

round 7pm. The Insel restaurant is open for anyone who is hungry.

July 5^th(Fri) 7:00am Devotions (Rev. Alan Linder), team meeting and reflections.

Get your bags ready, men to load up the medical supplies, medicine

and cooler. etc.

Note: We will be prepared to send teams to two locations each day as the local Task

Force requests or arranged. So be prayed up and be flexible. Local doctors and

medical personnel will be available to assist us. Praise the Lord.

7:30 am Bus arrives at the hotel, load up and depart on time. Breakfast will

be served at mission location. We will set up upon arrival, meet the

village and church leaders, etc.

10:00 am Medical mission starts. Rotate for lunch as needed. We will continue

mission until about 4 or 5 pm.

6:00 pm Evening ministry and celebration. Dinner and fellowship follows, then

we're on our way to our hotel. Get a good nights rest. Sweet Dreams.

7:00 pm Tony Pele will be the guest speaker at the Youth for Christ Rally

in Apia. Many of our team members will be attending this rally.

July 6^th (Sat) 7:00 am Devotions (Rev. Andrew Fallaw), team meeting and reflections. Get

your bags, men get the medical supplies, medicine, cooler ready, etc.

7:30 am Team #1 Village : Aleisa (EFKS, Catholic)

Team #2 Village : Leulumoega Tuai (EFKS, Catholic, Methodist)

Bus arrives, we load up and depart for the mission site(s). Breakfast will

be served on site. We will set up, meet the village and church leaders.

10:00 am Medical mission starts. Rotate for lunch as needed. We will continue

the mission until about 4 or 5 pm.

6:00 pm Dinner and fellowship. Return to the hotel. Get a good nights rest.

Note: We will be leaving for the island of Savaii after church and lunch Sunday. We will

July 7^th(Sun) 7:30 am Devotions (Rev. Raymond Turner), team meeting and reflections.

Pastors and Ministers will be preaching at local churches, team

members are free to attend as the spirit leads.

*Have breakfast on your own before devotions.

8:00 am The churches will pick you up

You will have lunch at the local church, return to hotel right away

to get ready for the bus trip to the ferry for Savaii

Buses departs for Malifanua(Ferry). About 1hr ride.

4:00 pm The ferry ride is also an hour. Hang on to your valuables.

5:30 pm Upon arrival at Salelologa, we will ride over to the Savaiian

Hotel (20 minutes away), check in, rest and meet at the Big Fale

at around 8 pm for a light snack and team meeting. REST.

July 8^th (Mon) 6:00 am Devotions (Min Helen Harris), team meeting and reflections. Coffee,

juice and toast available. Breakfast will be served on site.

7:30 am Depart for the mission location. Breakfast and set up upon arrival.

July 10^th(Wed) 8:00am Devotions (Rev. Leon Knowles), team meeting and relections. We will

have breakfast in the Big Fale. (Pay as you go) Check out of your

rooms and Fales. Get your luggage to the Big Fale and ready for the

bus and truck.

9:00 am Depart for Salelologa to catch the 10am ferry back to Mulifanua then

to Apia. (Shorts ok) Check back in to the Insel. We will rest

for the rest of the day and get ready for the Promise Keepers

Conference Rally.

5:00 pm Depart for the Conference Site. Dress casual for rallies. No Shorts.

Dinner and fellowship follows. Those who want to go to McDonalds

can do so, then back to the Hotel. All must attend.

7:00 pm Conference Rally. Guest Speaker is Bishop Larry Jackson, President and

Founder of Soteria International Inc. National Speaker of Promise

Keepers, USA from Charlotte, North Carolina. Dinner and Fellowship

Follows. Rest.

July 11^th (Thur) 7:00 am Conference leaders, teachers, speakers meet at restaurant for devotions,

Breakfast and meeting. Depart for the conference site & Medical Mission Site.

July 13^th(Sat) 8:00 am Check out of Hotel, get all luggage and bags ready for the return trip to

American Samoa. (Make sure all bills are paid in US Cash only).

10:00am Farewell with the Western Samoa task force. Check in at Airport, for

noon return to American Samoa. We will be in separate flights. We will

see you back in Pago. Have a safe flight. Praise the Lord.

Note: Upon arrival at Pago, you will be transported to your lodging. We will have dinner

together at our mission house. A time of celebration, reflections, fellowship and

PTLs. We look forward to a great evening in Christ with our brothers and sisters

in American Samoa.

July 14^th (Sun) 8:00am Breakfast and fellowship at the Mission House. Pastors and Ministers

will be preaching at different churches, team members are free to attend

as the Lord leads. Lunch and fellowship will follow. Return to your home.

5:30 pm Depart for evening services. Dinner and fellowship will follow. (There is

good chance that we will all be attending one church this evening for our

departure service and farewell)

July 15^th (Mon) 10:00am Breakfast and fellowship at the Mission House. Get all your bags and

luggage ready. We will tour American Samoa, do some last minute

shopping, swim or rest.

4:00pm Farewell with the American Samoa task force leaders and wives, our

Mission House host and ministries, friends and loved ones.

7:00 pm Check in at the Airport for the Hawaiian Air flight to Honolulu, Hawaii.

11:05pm Depart for Honolulu Hawaii. Arrive at 5:15am July 16th. HA466

* We will check all our luggage through customs then recheck them in for

final destination. We will have about 8 hours lay over.

July 16^th(Tues) 8:00 am Picked up at the Airport by our friends from Road To Damascus church,

Breakfast at the beach, shopping and rest for some. at
