Samoa Medical Mission 2009
                             Tentative Itinerary
                             July 17th – Aug 1st


July 17th Friday            Team members depart their respective cities to 
                            meet in Honolulu
                            In Honolulu we will be met by hosting team (Mauga Olive  
                            AOG church and transported to Pagoda Hotel in Waikiki; 
                            Check in  upon arrival.    
                            6:00 pm  Team meeting in lobby.   
                            Free time after meeting. 

July 18th Saturday	    8 am Join team for nice breakfast at hotel. 
                            Team devotions follow in hotel lobby. Today we will have a 
                            free day; tour of island planned; 
                            Possible service tonight at church

July 19th, Sunday           8 am breakfast at hotel (optional)
                            9 am be checked out and bring luggage to Pele’s room;
                            Attend church service at Mauga Olive AOG.  After church 
                            service we will  have lunch and return to hotel to pick up 
                            luggage and go straight to airport to check in for afternoon 
                            flight.
		 	    5 pm Depart Honolulu Hawaiian Air  
                            9:30 pm Arrive in Pago Pago
		            Will be met by hosting Task Force in Pago.
			    Will travel to Mission House in Iliili for meal.
			    Ladies will stay at Mission House; men and couples 
			    will stay at Happy Valley Baptist housing.

July 20th, Monday           Travel day to Apia, Western Samoa. Flights to be announced.  
                            Upon arrival in Apia, we will be met by hosting task force in        
                            Western Samoa for travel to Insel hotel for check-in. Rest 
                            of itinerary to be announced for this day.

July 21st Tues	 1st        Med Mission  Upolu  Ulutogia AOG

July 22nd Wed               2nd Med Mission Upolu  EFKS (Congregational church)      
                            Matautu Lefaga

July 23rd Thurs             Team travels by ferry to Savaii, Western Samoa

July 24th Fri               3rd Med Mission Savaii Sasina Methodist

July 25th Sat               Travel by ferry back to Apia.
                            Dinner plans to be announced.

July 26th Sun               AM/PM church service at Apia Protestant Church.

July 27th Mon               Travel to Pago Pago, American Samoa

July 28th Tuesday           4th Medical Mission (village to be announced in American 
                             Samoa)

July 29th Wed		    5th medical mission (village to be announced in American 
                             Samoa)

July 30th Thursday          Free day; tour of island planned
			    11:20 pm Depart Pago Pago  

July 31st Fri               5:35 am arrive in Honolulu 
			    Will be met by hosting church and those who will be staying 
                            the whole day will be transported to Mauga Olive AOG
                            church where we can rest; refresh; eat, etc.
                            Free day in Honolulu
                                 
                            10:55 pm Columbia group departs Honolulu for flights home                 home.
