Let your light shine upon the Islanders. Friday, June 29th 4:00 am Meet at the Columbia Metro Airport. 6:00 am Depart for Atlanta on Delta arriving at 6:57 am 8:30 am Depart for Los Angeles arriving at 10:04 am We will meet other team members in LA for the flight to Honolulu Hawaii 5:55 pm Depart LAX for Honolulu arriving at 8:25 pm. Team travels to Pagoda Hotel in Waikiki, get with your roommates and check in. Saturday, June 30th 9:00 am Breakfast on your own. 11:00 am Mandatory team meeting at the Hotel lobby. Sunday, July 1st 8:00 am Attend church service at Road to Damascus Samoan Church; be prepared for testimonies. After church service, head to airport for check in 1:30pm Depart for the Honolulu airport 5:05pm Depart Honolulu for American Samoa on Hawaiian Air arriving in Pago Pago at 9:35pm. Welcomed at airport by our Pago Pago Task Force; we will be bussed to our host church, Jehovah Shalom AOG for food and fellowship Monday, July 2nd 7:00 am Wake up to the Rooster Call. 8:00 am Breakfast at McDonalds…Devotion by Pastor Pele. We will move to the airport from there. 9:30 am Check in at the Airport for inter-island flight. 10:30 am Depart for Faleolo Airport Western Samoa. Travel to the Insel Hotel (1 hr bus ride). Check in, Free time. 6:00 pm Mandatory team meeting at conference room;Travel to Apia Protestant Church hall for welcome dinner with Task Force; Return to hotel Get good night’s sleep. We have a long day tomorrow with first medical mission. Tuesday, July 3rd 7:30 am Mandatory Team meeting & devotions led by KarenSue Coleman 8:30 am Bus departs for village of Safata. 10:00 am Start medical mission with prayer and instructions given to the village people. 5:00 pm We end the medical mission depending on the crowd and request of the village. Evening service possible. Thank you for all the hard work and services for the kingdom of God. The angels in heaven are celebrating for all those who accepted Jesus in their hearts. Wednesday, July 4th 7:30 am Mandatory Team meeting and devotions led by Steve Cromer. 8:30 am Bus departs for village of Faleula. Set up missions upon arrival. 9:30 am Start medical mission with prayer & instructions to the village people. 5:00 pm We end the medical mission depending on the crowd and request of the village. Evening service possible. Be prepared with testimonies and glory to God. Thursday, July 5th 9:00 am Mandatory Team meeting and devotions led by Dr. Webb. Free time. 6:00 pm Team meets at Hotel Lobby for Dinner. Casual dress. Friday, July 6th 7:30 am Mandatory Team meeting and devotions led by David Rinehart. 8:30 am Bus departs for village of Lauli’i. Set up missions upon arrival. 9:30 am Start medical mission with prayer and instructions given to the village people. Note: We will either shut down or rotate for lunch depending on the crowd. 4:00 pm End the medical mission. Return to the Insel Hotel. Prepare for Promise Keeper’s rally in Apia. 6:30 pm Depart Hotel Lobby for rally. Saturday, July 7th 9:00 am Mandatory Team meeting and devotions led by Beverly Sease. Today we will attend a Samoan wedding in early afternoon as a team. Pastor Nu’u and Malu’s daughter, Natasha will marry So’oupu. They have been medical mission team members for several years. Pastor Nu’u has been Task Force leader for many years. Plenty of food to eat. Enjoy the Samoan culture. Sunday, July 8th Breakfast on your own. 8:45 am depart for service at Apia Protestant Church. Lunch and fellowship at church hall after service. 6:30 pm Depart for evening church service. Pack for return to Pago Pago, American Samoa. Monday, July 9th . 8:00 am Mandatory team devotions led by Deborah Maddox. 9:30 am Bring luggage to hotel lobby for transport to Church Hall. Flight time to Pago Pago will be announced; Upon arrival in Pago, return to your host place. Prepare for evening meal and fellowship hosted by Jehovah Shalom AOG. Prep set-up for next day medical mission. Tuesday, July 10th 8:00 am Mandatory team devotions led by Pastor Pele. 9:30 am Medical Mission starts. 12:00 noon Break for lunch. 5:00 pm Medical Mission ends. Rally starts at 6pm; Team members will have opportunity to share a testimony. Wednesday, July 11th 8:00 am Mandatory team devotions led by Paul Huffman 9:30 am Medical Mission starts. 12:00 noon Break for lunch. 4:00 pm Medical Mission ends. Dinner hosted by host church. Thursday, July 12th 8:30 am Breakfast at McDonald’s; Time of reflection & testimonies; Free day with tour of American Samoa and shopping. 3:00 pm Return to host church to finish packing. 4:00 pm Farewell at Jehova Shalom with Pago Task Force. 6:30 pm To airport for check-in. 11:20 pm Depart American Samoa for Honolulu, arriving at 5:35 am Thank you for your great service to the Samoan people.
