Samoa Medical Missions/Promise Keepers 2003 (Flight Itinerary July 5-21) July 5 - Saturday 8:30 am Arrive at Columbia, SC airport for check-in. (Don't Forget your Passport, Ticket and luggage) 10:35 am Depart for Charlotte, NC arrive at 11:20am on US Airways 12:35 am Depart Charlotte for Los Angeles, arrive at 3pm(pst). US Airways 6:00 pm Depart for Honolulu, Hawaii, arriving at 8:40pm Hawaiian Air Note : we will be staying at the Honolulu Airport Hotel, 10 minutes away. July 6 - Sunday 7:35 am Breakfast and devotions at the Hotel Restaurant. Come prepared for church services. (No shorts or jeans) 9:00 am Depart Hotel for local church service. Lunch will be provided. 6:00 pm Depart for evening services. Dinner will be provided Note: Team meeting upon returning to the hotel. July 7 - Monday 7:35 am Breakfast and devotions at the hotel restaurant. (Tour of Pearl harbor and Waikiki, etc) Note: Check out of hotel, pay your bills and store your luggage in designated room before leaving for the tour. 1:00 pm Check in at airport, Hawaiian Airlines. 4:45 pm Depart for American Samoa, arriving at 9:10pm Welcome and fellowship at the Mission Center Samoa. July 8 - Tuesday 9:00 am Devotions, Breakfast and team meeting. Inventory of supplies and medicine, etc. Prepare for trip to Apia, Western Samoa 2:00 pm Depart for Western Samoa Check in at the Insel hotel, room assignment. (pool time, rest) 6:00 pm Welcome Celebration by Samoa Task Force Families. July 9 - Wednesday Breakfast on your own at hotel restaurant 8:00 am Devotions, team meeting, prepare for Savaii. (Bring luggage to front lobby, clear room) 10:30 am Bus departs for Mulifanua-Ferry. 12:00 pm Ferry departs for Savaii, arrives 1Hr. later. Check in Hotel, assigned rooms. Rest. 6:00 pm Dinner is served at the Hotel, team meeting. July 10 - Thursday 7:00 am Devotions, Breakfast, Load up for medical mission. 8:00 am Depart for the first village. Welcome upon arrival, set up stations. 10:00 am Medical Mission start until finish. Lunch is served on a rotating basis. Note : An evening service of celebration / Dinner follows, return to hotel. July 11 - Friday 7:00 am Devotions, Breakfast, Load up for medical mission. 8:00 am Depart for the first village. Welcome upon arrival, set up stations. 10:00 am Medical Mission start until finish. Lunch is served on a rotating basis. Note : We will pack and get ready for an early morning wake-up, catch the 6am ferry back to Apia. July 12 - Saturday 4:00 am Wake up call, bus to the ferry arriving at 5am 6:00 am Ferry departs for Mulifanua arriving at 7am, take bus to Apia, check in at Insel Hotel, clean and get ready for the day 9:00 am Depart Hotel for medical mission at Fagalii. (about a 15 minute ride) Set up stations, breakfast will be served. 10:00 am Medical Mission start until finish. Lunch is served on a rotating basis. 4:00 pm End medical mission, pack up and rest. 6:00 pm Evening service celebration, followed by a farewell dinner and return to hotel. July 13 - Sunday Breakfast on your own at the hotel restaurant 8:00 am Team meeting, and prepare for morning services at designated churches. We will be picked up by the church from the hotel and return after lunch. McDonald's is also open. 6:00 pm We will be picked up by the church for evening services, dinner and return to hotel. McDonald's is also open. July 14 - Monday 7:00 am Devotions and team meeting, load up for medical mission 8:00 am Depart for medical mission, Welcom by the village. Set up Stations, Breakfast. 10:00 am Start Medical mission until finish. Lunch will be served in a rotation basis. 5:00 pm Return to hotel. Rest and pack for return trip to Pago Pago, American Samoa. You can clear you rooms and pay your room bills. Note : Farewell, and time of fellowship with the Samoa Task Force. July 15 - Tuesday Check out of your rooms, pay all outstanding bills, get your luggage to the front lobby. (outside along the curb) 9:00 am Depart for Fagalii Airport. We will all meet at the Pago Pago Mission Center upon arrival, for team meeting and further instructions. Rest for remainder of day. July 16 - Wednesday 7:00 am Devotions and team meeting, load up for medical mission. 8:00 am Depart for medical mission location. Welcome by village or church leaders. Set up stations, breakfast. 10:00 am Start medical mission. Lunch will be served on rotation basis 4:00 pm End medical mission, return to mission center. 6:00 pm PK Rally, dinner served afterwards. Note : Seminars will be held at designated locations as per task force leadership. July 17 - Thursday 7:00 am Devotions and team meeting, load up for medical mission. 8:00 am Depart for medical mission location. Welcome by village or church leaders. Set up stations, breakfast. 10:00 am Start medical mission. Lunch will be served on rotation basis 4:00 pm End medical mission, return to mission center. 6:00 pm PK Rally, dinner served afterwards. Note : A Special Ministry time for women. July 18 - Friday 9:00 am Breakfast/Team meeting at mission center. 10:00 am Tour/shopping in American Samoa. Pack for return to USA. 4:00 pm Farewell/celebration with task force and families. Bring all luggage to mission center. 6:00 pm Check in at Airport 10:00 pm Depart for Honolulu, Hawaii arriving at 5 am, 19th July 19 - Saturday upon arrival in Honolulu, we will ALL take our luggage thru customs inspections then check them back in for LAX. 8:00 am Depart for Los Angles arriving at 4:30pm. We will spend the weekend in Los Angles, CA. Note : We will enjoy the day in the Carson, Long Beach area and rest Lunch and Dinner will be served. July 20 - Sunday 7:00 am Breakfast, get ready for church service. 9:00 am Depart for church service. Team members share testimonies. 12:00 Noon Lunch and fellowship. 7:00 pm Depart for LAX airport.
